Unlike other firms that only provide professional design or construction services, we focus on the complete life cycle of waterfront infrastructure and coastal ecosystems. As the environment around these systems change, the stewardship of these systems changes, leading to the evolving needs of our clients.

Littoral Services is broken into five client focused areas where we provide professional services, construction management, owner’s representative services, and field services that includes maritime logistics, dredging, marine construction, and wetland ecosystem restoration and monitoring services.

While Littoral’s core business areas are separated in this graphic, they all interconnect and cross complement one another, creating a synergy unique to our company. In each business area, Littoral provides program management, planning, above- and below-the-waterline condition inspections, water-based data collection/survey, regulatory coordination, design, construction, construction inspection, owner’s agent, and asset management services. We welcome serving as maritime subject matter experts in a subcontracting role, if needed. For larger projects, we rely on key partnerships with firms to support our in-house capabilities. Littoral works very closely with our clients to provide custom solutions to meet their needs.
